Since 1972, SMS has been a solution-oriented engineering and production company. We are the industrial partner for the electrical, automotive, aerospace and optical industries, for manufacturers of medical and test equipment, and for service providers. Our customers include a variety of companies of all sizes, such as Siemens, BMW, MAN, and Airbus Helicopters. The majority of our customers are based in Central Europe, however we can deliver “made in Germany” quality worldwide.
SMS provides comprehensive consulting and engineering services for the production of standard labels through to the most complex, customer-specific solutions. The engineering process starts with a detailed problem and feasibility analysis. We then design the solution on the basis of our broad range of in-house manufacturing capabilities and the variety of high quality adhesives and films that are available. The release of prototypes and samples by our customer completes the engineering process.
SMS manufactures a full range of identification labels, self-adhesive and non-adhesive die-cut parts from single- and double-sided adhesive tapes, films and plastics. Processing work (for example, laminating and coating), the processing of printed materials (e.g. tape coating) and a wide range of merchandising goods completes the range of SMS products and services.
